The service
Ruddud lets presenters run live polls, word clouds, quizzes, questions and answers, questionnaires and group photos, and receive a report afterwards. Ruddud is being incorporated in Morocco; the company’s registered details will be added here when registration is complete.
Your account
- You must be an adult to create a presenter account.
- Give accurate information, and keep your password and sign-in methods safe.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once at support@ruddud.com if you think someone else is using it.
Plans and payment
Ruddud has free and paid plans, described on the pricing page. What each plan includes, and when a session counts against it, is stated there. Paid plans and single sessions are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase. We will give notice before a price change applies to you.
Your content
What you create and upload stays yours. You allow us to store, process, display and transform it, including with AI, only as needed to provide the service to you.
You must have the right to use what you upload. You are responsible for the sessions you run and for telling your participants how their answers will be used, for example whether a session is anonymous and whether a group photo will be taken.
Participants
Participants keep the rights to what they write. When you take part in a session, the presenter who runs it receives your answers and decides how to use them; Ruddud processes them on that presenter’s behalf, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ruddud to:
- publish anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or that violates someone else’s rights;
- collect personal data that participants have not agreed to share;
- send spam, or impersonate a person or an organisation;
- try to break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
AI features
Summaries, groupings, reports and drafted questions are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Review them before you rely on them or share them.
Availability
We work to keep Ruddud running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or free of errors. Features may change over time; we will not remove a paid feature you are using without notice.
Ending
You can stop using Ruddud at any time, and have your account and its content deleted by writing to privacy@ruddud.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ruddud is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and disputes go to the competent Moroccan courts, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, we publish the new version here with a new date, and we email presenters before a significant change takes effect. Questions: hello@ruddud.com.
